"Terrible. I expected so much better for the price. Location was great, but that's where the positives end. Staff for check in was incredibly rude. Kept stopping check in with me to assist other travelers. Then got to the room and it was stifling. Called the front desk who said they would send someone to work on it, but the AC never actually cooled the room. Also, the shower was a safety hazard. Very slippery. I actually fell and hurt my hip. "The hotel was wonderful, clean, and comfortable. One problem is that I stayed for two days, and during that time, they did not accept cash at any of the restaurants. I also wanted to give some cash tips to the help, who were wonderful at cleaning and very helpful. No electronic tip option for them."
