Hotel Keluarga di Brooklyn

"DO NOT stay here. Don't be fooled by the seemingly nice photos in the previews. We actually didn't even end up staying here because the room had no air conditioning and was totally gross. When we arrived for check in it took over an hour for the room to be ready, only to find out it was completely unacceptable inside. The mattress didn't even have a fitted sheet on it. The room had to have been 85 degrees I don't know why it was so hot. We left and now expedia won't refund us because the hotel...

"Adequate for the overnight"

"We had a wonderful experience staying at Hampton Inn during our weekend in New York City! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food to start our day. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We also appreciated the hotel’s safety and security, which gave us peace of mind while visiting the city. Overall, a fantastic experience! We would definitely stay here again and...

"I personally loved everything about my stay at the ACE Hotel. First I can start with saying the location was perfect. It was close to a number of stores restaurants a mall and more. The hotel itself had a wonderful restaurant and bagel shop inside. My room was the best room in the hotel. My view was phenomenal, the room was very clean, no odors or smells at all, the staff was amazingly very helpful when needed and I felt safe at all times while I was there. The bed in the room was so...

"My experience at The William Vale in Brooklyn was humiliating and deeply upsetting. All I wanted was to celebrate my husband’s birthday and enjoy a special night together. Instead, the hotel called the police on us, and we were told to leave without a clear explanation. Staff claimed they had called our room beforehand, but we were in the room and never heard the phone ring. The first indication we had that there was a problem was when the police knocked on our door. I felt embarrassed, hurt,...

"The hotel was close to great restaurants. The young guy who checked us in was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He seemed to sincerely want to help. The room was very clean, and I loved the soap products. The only negatives were the room was small and there was no room safe. The complimentary breakfast was decent. We would stay there again."
