Staff was not friendly. Very very rude, elevator not working. Not helpful with giving information. Suckered us into a timeshare event and then would not give us our deposit back when we decided not to go.

Everyone was kind and helpful except checking in! It’s all online now even making your room keys and a it would have been nice to have access to. A luggage cart but Nope!

The food was great at every venue. The room was large and appeared clean. We did not sleep well, the bed was getting old, soft on the edge. Overall it is fine. No real issues, just not great.

Check inn was 4 and room wasn’t ready until 8pm. I was told they would wave my parking fees but that was not done. When arriving to room the carpets were soaking wet. The thermostat was set to 70degrees F but the room never once reached below 77 which was very stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep in. ...
