"Pros: layout and fixtures were nice. Francisco, melody, and suny top notch. Cons:NO HOT WATER!! first room had broken patio lock and both rooms smelled terrible like farts. Room two had trash and dust behind the wood vertical partition, the sofa was stained the ottoman had a rip, no balcony furniture, the oven door was dirty. The lift top coffee table came apart, It was impossible to get face towels or hand towels, when I looked at the housekeeping cart there was none to be found only large...

"Room had a strange smell, when we got there. It took some time with AC blowing for smell to disappear. Wi-Fi not great at all kept going in and out. "

"The room was clean and it’s the same as in the pictures. I’m will only recommend adding the electricity fee to the rent of this place. It was NOT mentioned anywhere when I reserve it, and it was sort of annoying getting to know that last day. An estimated can be simple added to the fee instead."

"Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience "

"Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff."

"We booked the Unique, did not receive any of these paid benefits. Upgrades were not in the room upon arrival, had to ask for them, took days and it felt like a bother. Housekeeping came at 9pm the first night. Didn't clean until I complained. Do not clean pool chairs or tables. Staff not friendly except for restaurants, excellent service at restaurants. Butler checked in once during our 6 day stay. Food was great and grounds of resort are absolutely beautiful. Had we not paid for upgraded...

"Spent a week at the Serenade All-Suites in Punta Cana (adults only) April 21-28. We did not purchase the Elite package & I feel it was not needed. We did get the Elite check-in & a butler which was a perk of Expedia (they said). Glady, Chayrel & Jorge were great! Being on the adult side, we had access to the family side, except the à la carte restaurants. We also had access to the rooftop pool/bar & we had a free hydrotherapy session that we did book for the day before coming home via the lady...
