"Very clean and well maintained for an old hotel. The beds were very very comfortable! We were able to walk to the theater district/Times Square or the subway is right on the corner if we were going farther. Would definitely recommend. "
"I really enjoyed staying at this Hilton Garden Inn. It’s super close to Port Authority - 5 blocks down - so taking the uber shuttle from LGA makes it easy and cheap to get where you need to be. The area around is super walkable. Would stay again. "
"I’m taking away a star because my room was to be ready for a 3pm check in. When I arrived shortly after 5pm - I was told they needed 20 mins to clean a room. Other than that, the lobby was like the subway.
My room was clean but there was zero conditioner in the container. The bed was comfortable. I liked the location and it was fairly quiet."
"I had an incredible experience with the security team at [Hotel Name] in New York. I misplaced my designer sunglasses during my stay, and their staff went above and beyond to help. Not only did they locate my missing item quickly, but they also arranged to have it securely shipped all the way back to me in Georgia. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guests truly stood out, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s rare to see this level of care and attention—thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

"If you're going to see the city and need a safe and clean space to sleep and change, this place is it! It's so close to everything and so affordable! Time Square is less than a block away, but this location is on a side street so not super busy with car or foot traffic. Staff was wonderful and made our trip amazing. "
