"Surprising good hotel. I wasn't expecting a fully renovated and modern hotel in Venice. Location was convient too. Lots of good resuturants nearby and access to water bus to get around the island and further points. A fast water bus shuttle to the airport, very close to the hotel. "Staff was extremely helpful in navigating the city and making arrangements for reservations and transportation. The hotel location is perfect for seeing all the major sites while still giving you a more quiet evening by hotel if needed. "Breakfast is great! If you get there early, you can get a table with a canal view. It's a buffet and included in your stay Room is ok. The hotel is 500 years old, so keep that in mind. Room is quiet tho, and everything worked. Location is great! really a 3 min walk to rialto bridge in one direction and 3 min walk to st mark's square in the other direction. plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Service was wonderful. all the staff were friendly and knowledgable and spoke english....

"I absolutely loved my stay here. I had a suite with a full view of the Grand Canal and it was spectacular! I saw the sunrise every morning over the Rialto Bridge. Stunning!
