"The room was a bit dusty. Check-in took a bit of time and the concierge were not exactly friendly compared to other hotels we stayed throughout Japan. Location was good nevertheless. Loved the sauna provided by the hotel. "

"Best place for solo female traveller to stay if u wanna go around gion-uji-biwa area. It’s located infront of main road and it’s easy to spot the hotel. It’s also easy to bring your luggage from sanjo station.
The room space is spacious and i really wanted to extend my stay for one day but i have other plans."

"The hotel is a comfortable distance away from various sites and quite close to the subway station, making it easy to go to places. The breakfast buffet was good and had different options. The room was clean and colorful, although a bit cramped with the third bed that was moved into the room to accommodate our family (I did stub my toe haha), but we did not expect the room to be any bigger. The staff were respectful. Overall, a very good hotel! "
