Check in was smooth with great instructions, apartment was pretty clean with lots of useful amenities between the room and the common area. "The guest room is in a decent location. My issue is that when I booked the guest room, the listing showed a double bed with a headboard. What I got was actually a sofa bed. The number on Expedia gave me another number to contact, to which I had to provide my passport, and talk about paying the traveller's tax. I found this experience stressful and very uncomfortable.
