Hotel and room was great. Only compliant was the smell that would come out of the toilet during the night. Love how close it is to train station and the different dining options around the hotel. Best of all the laundry service right across the street.

Nice central location to Termini. Everything is within reasonable walking distance of this location. Hotel was just OK though. Water pressure on the 5th floor was quite low, which made Shower more of a light rinse. Rooms are ok, but in need of some updating. Room was very quiet. A/C worked very good.

Good breakfast option! We love it specially the milk! People in charge of the breakfast are nice. The hotel is close to termini station. The only downside is they’re renovating some of the rooms. So, the area near the elevator at the lobby is messy and dusty.

Great location- tired hotel but clean and comfy

Excellent location. Rooms a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Rooms cleaned daily- lovely coming back to freshly made beds and clean towels. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast good but go early as after 9 food runs out and isn’t replenished. The man who is in charge of the breakfast area has an amazing tatoo but is very grumpy! If you can make him smile I’d love to know your secret! All in all- the hotel is run down in the communal areas but if you’re spending time in your hotel whilst in Rome, then you’re not appreciating where you are! Get out, explore, walk, eat and live life.

Great stay , hotel is very central walking distance to all attractions , hotel a little Bit dated in reception and staircase but room and bathroom looked as though it had just been done up , only fault was just green tea to drink could Of done with some coffee

The front desk staff was very helpful with answering our questions and suggesting things to see. The breakfast was excellent, room was very clean and comfortable. They were doing some renovations on the upper floors, so the stairways were a little dusty, but there was no noise, and it didn't affect our stay. Walking distance to train station was a plus!
