Very nice room, comfortable bed. Multiple pillows, something not seen in Vietnam in my other stays, and important for sleep comfort for my old bones. Breakfast buffet was quite good.

The hotel itself was beautiful, with a charming balcony overlooking the streets of the Old Quarter that made us feel like locals right away. Breakfast had some hits and misses: the crepes were delicious and became our daily favorite, while other items, like the Danish pastries, could use improvement. My husband did experience some food sickness, possibly from the salami, though I was unaffected. Overall, despite the food needing some refinement, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the welcoming staff, comfortable room, and great location.

Every detail—from the prime location and pristine rooms to the delicious breakfast and relaxing spa—exceeded our expectations. ​The staff were incredibly kind, but special thanks must go to the Guest Manager, Rose. Her exceptional service was truly commendable and made our stay stand out. Honestly, the service level here felt even superior to the 5-star Hotel de la Coupole we visited in Sapa. ​My spouse and I are already planning a return trip to Hanoi just to stay here again. Highly recommended!
