The room though small was ideal as a solo traveller The staff went OUT OF THEIR WAY to assist me There is no car access to the hotel but the staff are there to assist with luggage etc. The choice of breakfast is wonderful for a dmall hotel, the only drawback is the small dining area. Gteat access to train street and there are so many dining options on the mall outside it wil satisfy anyone's culinary needs

The staff were very accommodating, helpful booking our tour and renting motorcycle.

Staff were above and beyond anything or anyone's expectations !! Food was ok, but overly expensive . Breakfast buffet is same each day.

Best hotel in Hanoi Old quarter

Very professional, helpful, and friendly staff. Very convenient location and close to old town. Mrs Ann and Ding Dong were especially personable and nice. Definitely will stay again when I’m back at Hanoi. 10/10 recommend.
