"Property seems to have been remodeled not too long ago and is in great condition. Staff is friendly and the location is hard to beat just 2 minutes from Dam Square. Breakfast is efficient and a typical European Breakfast. No issues except one day no housekeeping (housekeeper came by, said give us 5 min never returned - staff were kind of "oh well"). Otherwise all good. I would stay here again. "

"Great location right beside the metro and a shopping strip mall. We stayed in family room 411 and the internet rarely worked. They tried resetting the modem, but that didn’t help. . They offered to move us the 2nd day, but when we checked there were no family rooms available that day to switch to. Other than the internet access the hotel was nice. "
