"Made mistake with booking date and they would not let me change even though I requested it within 5 minutes of receiving the confirmation email.

"Staff were amazing, but the place had a rundown feel to it. The public areas were quite modern, but the rooms certainly were not. The room was ,in fairness , quite large , but the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly and the sink was badly cracked. Some of the architrave looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months.
Also , the food in the restaurant , whilst acceptable , was not what you would expect in a four star hotel , and overpriced too."
"Was disappointed to find that there was no available gym in the hotel, even though it is advertised as such. The sofa bed in the room was broken, as was the air-conditioning. Staff attempted to fix it but didn’t make a difference. When we visited, there was a pile of mattresses sitting in the lobby. Surely there’s a better way to manage this. We shared our complaints with staff at the hotel but they showed little interest so I hope management will take note "
"Great location. Good shower. Hate the glass bathroom doors. The rooms really are stripped back no chairs, bedside tables or frills so not for a long stay."
