"This is my 2nd visit to the hotel! I love that it is updated and easy to check in! I found my room clean except there was a clothing sticker on the pillow which makes me wonder if the pillowcase was not clean… I also find that Valet is slow! I mean 30+ mins to get car…not sure where they park them but it was like this for both stays. My car was also broken into and was attempted to be stolen while in valet. The fuse box and steering column were ripped out and items were discarded all over car....

"Great little place for the price. A little run down on the outside, but the location relative to the price is unbeatable. If you need a quick stay, this is a great option"

"Great stay for the cost. Water pressure a little low and took long time to get hot. Also website says free billiards. It is not free. For cost can’t really complain though, they should just update their website. "

"A nice location. Close to millennium park the subways (L) the river and the lake. Museum campus is not far away."
