"No frills and thrills. Comfortable stay. When I checked in, there was garbage in the can in my room and something sticky on the closet door. Bathroom is tiny but clean and updated! Room cleaning comes later in the afternoon but appreciated. Staff friendly, pool and lounge chairs are a plus."

"We had a great stay at Level. I think it’s a really good option for a longer trip, especially if you want more of an apartment-style setup and a convenient location. The staff was amazing from start to finish and truly made the stay stand out. Everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming, and the service alone would make me come back. "A charming hotel in a great area of Chicago! We wanted something further out from downtown with more of a neighborhood feel couldn’t have been happier with Bucktown/Wicker Park and The Robey. From check in to check out, it was the most pleasant experience. It was 90+ degrees in Chicago during our stay and the rooftop pool was a lifesaver. "Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts."
