"Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked. The neighborhood was nice and it was pleasant able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, train station and Kew Gardens/Palace. I felt safe walking around even when it started to get dark. "Communication really effective, the property was spotless and really cosy. Really liked the layout, bed was super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. V close to Shepherd's Bush station on a bustling high street but still.not noisy at all. Definitely staying here again."

"Bedding is poor. Old spring mattress, i would not recommend it if you have weak back. One of the radiators does not work. Parking charges are a rip off instead of charging per calendar date, it should be charged per 24 hours Otherwise a very clean property "
