"They gave away my room and put me in a smaller room. The floor was sticky, sheets were dirty, there were no blankets, the phone didn’t work and the safe didn’t work it took them 3 days and multiple trips to the desk to repair these issues. "we absolutely, loved our stay at orbit, it was clean and all of the staff members were very friendly and helpful, especially the women working the front desk they were incredible, politely helping us numerous times get things we needed and the entire property was well cleaned and maintained all day, even the pool was sparkly clean and the heated water and jacuzzi was definitely a plus, we definitely will be staying there again next time we go to Orlando"

"We called ahead to try and check in early after letting them know we would be arriving about 1:30/2pm. First time I called was about 1:40pm and was told they get an update from house keeping at 2:30pm to call back then. I call then and they contact house keeping and tell us they just finished cleaning and we can check in. When we got there we found a fake nail on the master bedroom door, trash on one of the nightstands, and trash out by the pool."

"We stayed for a weekend athletic event that was at Disney. This was a great location! We enjoyed the variety of dining options, pools, and I really enjoyed the fitness center. This would be a great location for family get aways. I loved that our room had laundry and a kitchenette. Would absolutely stay here again. "
