"Asked to be close to our daughter and husband who checked in an hour later, and they put them in one tower on the 11th floor and us in the other tower on 5th floor. We got it fixed but extra hassle. Our room was quite a walk from anything in the casino plus down and up stairs. When our daughter checked in she heard one clerk tell the person not to put seniors in the tower we were in(I am 78 years old). Everything was expensive. I prepaid for the room, imagine my surprise when up on check out...

"Wonderful stay. Tahoe is an exceptional destination. Pros: Clean, roomy suite, nice view. Decent food. Nice staff. Prompt valet for luggage. Fairly quiet. Beautiful pool/spa setting.
