"Clean rooms, friendly staff"

"Clean room. Confusing signage. From lobby you can go directly to food and casino. Map is not helpful. Not given unless you ask to find restaurants. Pillows not soft. Staff at checkin very helpful. Get rewards card to avoid long line to checkin "

"The room was really clean and it was very spacious. The staff were nice and friendly and the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed."

"The Nugget Casino Resort hotel gave us one bed and two roll away cots instead of the two queen beds we ordered and paid for on Expedia. Terrible service and the Nugget staff refused any type of partial compensation for the bait and switch tactic. The Nugget Casino Resort staff argued with me that this was equal to what we ordered since we could still sleep 4 people. 1 queen bed is not the same as two roll away cots. Very disappointing stay."

"Small room, small bed, AC not working, room’s decoration is outdated, noisy and construction or repairing other sections of the room early in the morning which woke me up and most of the elevators are broken, and only one elevator working for the entire hotel and parking structure. This is the first and will be my last booking with this hotel. My next stay will be at Peppermill or Atlantis."

Parking was good, the place seems a little run down, kinda feels unkept, it seems clean, but smoky in the lobby and halls, thankfully didn’t smell smoke in the room. Has too much light in the room for night time, but it’s nice. Beds are firm. But we’re grateful for them. The king bedroom we had didn’t have a refrigerator, when others did (that we learned about)."

"Very nice facility, but as with so many "resorts" now, there are many add-on charges beyond what the room rate originally appears. We did have an excellent meal and service at the Osteria Sierra restaurant at the hotel. "

"The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower head was broken and sprayed all over me when I turned it on. There were also no tissues in the room."

"Non-smoking room smelled smokey. Other than that everything else was good. Room was clean for an older place. Convenience/ gas station out front."

"Such a great stay. Just be careful when you check out bc they charged me for parking and I didn’t have a car. I called after I got home and realized it and they backed out the charge. Some front desk staff were great, some Mezza Mezza. Overall, great place!"
