"desk staff was friendly and helpful. security staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for places to eat. cleaning staff came in while we were still there without knocking but we did not have the do not disturb sign on the door. over all good stay. We missed the brunch you should think about bringing that back. "

"The room was extremely clean and the property was very quiet. The room was SO cute with a modern but also retro vibe, and very comfortable beds and pillows. It’s located right across the street from the mall, and also has stores like Barnes & Noble and Hobby Lobby conveniently close. This is a great hotel choice if you want to stay somewhere quieter in Reno and I would definitely stay there again!"
