"Stayed at the Parkroyal Collection in a Club Room. The room was excellent and serviced to a high standard. The Club facilities were good and offered a selection of food in the evening and at breakfast. Choice of complimentary drinks was good. The staff went above and beyond. Thanks to Kapil, Jessica, Shirell, Henry. Jon. Nicky. Kushal and Summit for their attentive service. Thanks also to the staff in the Botanist Bar for the great service. I would recommend."

"A receptionist at the front desk was so kind. He generously offered me free upgrade. A view from my room was amazing with twin tower just in front of , nothing in the way!!! He also allowed me not paying deposit since i only had a debit card. I’m so grateful all for that. The room is clean and spacious with comfy bed"

"Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here at the start of our Malaysia holiday. The hotel is located within an easy 15 min walk to the Petronas Towers and KLCC. Helpfully, the Avis car rental office is also located at the ground floor business lobby, which made out subsequent hire car pickup very easy when we checked out The hotel is of a more traditional, grand style. The rooms have recently been updated and modernised and are very comfortable. The gym was excellent and the outdoor pool very pleasant after a morning of sightseeing in the heat. Lots of fresh towels always available. We had an Exec room which meant we got access to the club lounge where complimentary cocktails/drinks and snacks were available each evening and made for a relaxing start to the evening The staff were always friendly and helpful, particularly so in the main lounge area where we enjoyed relaxing with a drink. Breakfast was excellent as ever for a Sheraton, with lots of choice for all nationalities and the usual polite and efficient service. Would happily stay here again when visiting KL"
