"I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The did not seem to have been dusted, or vacuumed. The bathroom sink did not look to be cleaned and had what appeared to be makeup residue all over it. The soap dispensers were nearly empty. You are only given 2 bath towels and a tiny floor mat. The wall next to the bed appeared to have things smeared on the wall. There must be a night club attached to the building because you can hear and feel the bass of the music until 3AM. Even with ear plugs you can still hear the music and feel the vibrations."

The view was excellent, the location is perfect & the staff were all brilliant, they couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. I'd recommend it for a stay in London & would definitely stay there again."
