"We has a fabulous stay at The Venice Times Hotel for 2 nights. Alberto the reception manager was competent and entertaining at the same time as he introduced the various places to go in Venice, as well as answering whatever queries we have for him over the 2 days. Eldr the lady at the breakfast place was also warm and meticuolous in her work, keeping tabs on details and preferences such as how we want our daily coffee done and always keeping an eye to ensure we enjoyed our meals. "We checked in for 2 nights in a Deluxe Double Room, Canal View (Canal Grande) it was very nice pleasant room . Staff are super friendly offering all way to help out all day. room all amenities are available and room is super clean. The only downside in the bathroom that the shower room is very small, although it has a separated bath. I shall suggest they merge both for more convenance. The location is superior and breakfast room makes you feel home. "

"We loved this hotel, we chose it due to its close proximity to the train station. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing free breakfast that they offer. The staff was so sweet and friendly. They don’t have an elevator so that’s a challenge, but they will help you with your luggage and we asked for a porter to help us with our luggage to the train station on the day we left and that was so helpful. Local restaurants are amazing too. "

"The property is situated on a small, quiet walkway while still very near lots of shops, eateries, etc. Our room was spacious and had a wonderful balcony for enjoying early morning coffee with a view in the fresh air. We walked to St. Marks and several places on the Grand Canal. Just one note: the building has no elevator, so beware."

"Glorious location on the Grand Canal. The staff was excellent-clearly the most professional people are hired by the management. Breakfast, cocktail hour, and dinner were all delicious-we had no desire to look elsewhere when we could sit outside on a terrace next to the Grand Canal. Umbrellas protected us from a brief sprinkle of rain. The recommendation to visit Murano via water taxi was much appreciated. We were picked up off the hotel entrance. We didn't want to leave!"
