"Extremely convenient location for the night before our cruise. We stayed in a family room that was perfect for our family of 4. Excellent restaurants nearby, and a grocery store a short walk to pick up some drinks to bring on board. The welcome drinks were a very nice touch! "

"日本から新婚旅行で行きました〜！ 旅行最後のホテルだったんですが1番良かったです😆立地も凄くいい！ フロントの人すごく親切で、キャリー重そうにしてたからか受付の数段の段差を手伝ってくれました。イタリアで運んでくれたの初めて笑 観光のこともすごくいろいろ教えてくれます。地図をもらえて、おすすめのお店、周りの島へのアクセスなど教えてもらえて良かったです。水上バスはVISAなどのクレジットカードタッチで乗れますよ。 部屋まで案内もしてくれました。 フロント通るたびに愛想良く挨拶してくれます♪ 部屋も素敵でした。水圧も良かったです！ ただ、アメニティはほとんどないです。スリッパもないので注意です！！清掃入っても復活しないです。 朝食は数は少ないけど、パンとか美味しいですよ😋ドリンク聞いてくれてカプチーノたくさん飲みました☕️ 最終日だけ清掃後に部屋に入ったら下水の匂いがしたのが残念、、洗面台から臭ってたみたいです。 でも総合的にとてもおすすめです♡スタッフさんが全員優しい‼︎‼︎"

"The hotel is in an amazing area. You feel part of the local community. The restaurants all within a few steps are incredible. The staff at the hotel were not only friendly but assisted with “anything” we needed. They went over and above. I would stay here on our next visit! "

"We checked in for 2 nights in a Deluxe Double Room, Canal View (Canal Grande) it was very nice pleasant room . Staff are super friendly offering all way to help out all day. room all amenities are available and room is super clean. The only downside in the bathroom that the shower room is very small, although it has a separated bath. I shall suggest they merge both for more convenance. The location is superior and breakfast room makes you feel home. "

"We loved this hotel, we chose it due to its close proximity to the train station. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing free breakfast that they offer. The staff was so sweet and friendly. They don’t have an elevator so that’s a challenge, but they will help you with your luggage and we asked for a porter to help us with our luggage to the train station on the day we left and that was so helpful. Local restaurants are amazing too. "

"This was our 2nd stay & would stay again!! Staff was very friendly & Helpful. We arrived a bit late BUT the staff ensured we could have a late mid-afternoon lunch/early supper at a restaurant next door, even though they were closing soon! What has changed since our last stay 10 years ago was the complimentary breakfast is now served in another hotel a couple doors down but SO worth it! Beautiful environment & great food! "
