"Location on the grand canal across from the train station where the water ‘bus’ stops are, so easy to get around. First night in a single, just a twin bed but a new bathroom and the best shower I have had. Second night, different reservation, larger room with a good shower. Both were clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional. Looked like a popular place for tour groups and they kept things moving. I didn’t have breakfast or use their restaurant. A bit if a walk to the main tourist sites,...

"Many accommodations in the city center were low rated, overpriced, and some didn’t seem to exist. This was by far the best priced for a place of quality. It is a legit hotel with great service, clean rooms, and a great location in the quieter parts of Venice away from the loud tourism with great food nearby as well as easy access water transportation. The breakfast is worth it as well, it is a huge buffet and is actually open for most of the morning compared to most hotels that stop serving...
