"We had a wonderful 3-night stay. Nadia at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond. She gave us an incredibly thorough overview of Venice, including the best spots to shop and how to navigate the city. She was always smiling and happy to answer our questions. The room was clean and exceeded our expectations for the price. Highly recommend!"

Our room had a balcony that had a wonderful view of Venice. The staff goes out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. This is a very special hotel--our stay was unforgettable. Perfect for a romantic holiday."
