Room was good, breakfast excellent, and situated in a nice square a short walk to St Marks Sq. Had its own vaporetto stop 100m from the entrance too, and a gondola dock nearby too. "

"I booked in the annex building and was assigned to Room 509. I am 5’ll” in height and kept hitting my head on the room’s ceiling beams. Not sure if all the rooms are all the same. Other than that, the location is perfect and centrally located in Venice, the hotel staff are great, and the hotel is very clean. "

So I went to the lobby, which was empty and was about to ask for another towel, when two groups of new customers arrived and tried to cut line, with the employees approval (after all, I already booked).
