"Fantastic service, the staff at the desk are very helpful. They helped and advised on how to get around the area. They even helped in arranging a trip to the Munro Island were I got to see Glass getting made and booked a free water taxi to the island. I found this trip to be more enjoyable than paying €90 for a Gondala. I must say the hotel is very relaxing and worth the money while providing a fantastic service and being right next to the water transport station. The room is very clean and has a fantastic bed and shower room. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone booking to stay in Venice. "

"This hotel is close to the train with an excellent breakfast! They will also keep your luggage for free while you tour the city. The bed was comfortable and we couldn’t hear our neighbors. I highly recommend!"
