Placemakr was a perfect stay for us. Conveniently located to downtown Salt Lake, easy to find and easy to follow instructions for getting in etc. The rooms are so clean, so roomy, so perfect. Its like a home. And the gym was great!

I love the privacy and quietness in the middle of the city. I love the key pad code over a hotel key, the housekeeping was very helpful and prompt, I loved the home away from home feel and the promptness of resident staff in giving a tour of the long term lease options and I will definitely stay here again.

I like that I got a room with a balcony and a view of north south and west, The floor plan is open enough that it is very spacious while still being a cozy one bed room apartment, is extremely quiet easy to sleep during the day if you want to. Love the fact that I have a washer and dryer here that I could do my laundry especially after traveling for a month I absolutely love this placeand having an entire car load full of laundry. I absolutely love this place.

It was a nice stay, comfortable bedding, limited responses with the property though, had to call the 800 number several times when we needed something / had questions because the text communication was sporadic. There are some homeless that wander near the property at night, but they see harmless and I believe it’s because there’s a clinic nearby. Not too far from all the downtown activity and there’s a good late night taco place next door.

The staff and management at Placemakr were very professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and nice. It's very conveniently located in Salt Lake City and walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay at Placemakr again!

Brix-Placemakr Salt Lake City is brand new. In fact the workout area wasn’t completed yet. Room was good size & well designed. Great light relatively quiet for an Utah Pride weekend. It’s not like a bare bones Airbnb. It had a full compliment of everything from cutlery to cooking pots and pans, strainers bowls, brand new washer, dryer & TV hooked up to Roku easily accessing Netflix and other streaming accounts! No human property manager to deal with, emails with info if you had questions you could call and maybe get get someone to speak with. All in all, it was a great experience I would stay at a Brix-Placemakr again.

No very pleasant

On first day i was able to go into parking garage one time then was unable to access it for 1.5 days had to park on street in a no parking zone next day was able to park in garage. Then the refrigerator went out and lost food we had in there.. the vent over stove was not connected correctly then had to pack stuff nove to anouther room one floor down then was unable to run air conditioner cause it was leaking very bad that water would splash into the closet that got some of our clothes wet. And then the washer would stay on most time you would have to continue to flip breaker to turn it on. I was supost to be on a short vacation stay and ended with about 3 days of issues with room. The guy i was dealing with was very good was told would possibly get some refund but see i was charged full price for it( no refund ) it sucked yo see others able to access parking as i looked like a fool standing there and having to back up to allow other to get in but not able to myself. To add we was next to a place that would play loud music at night also and when move to 3rd floor it was even louder. Have video of air conditioner leaking

Room was clean. Staff was reachable via text and very responsive. Check- in was a bit troublesome- did not have information before arriving at the building so had to call the number listed at the keypad. No microwave available in unit which was surprising in a full kitchen. I don't believe listing on Expedia was up front with cost for parking and that a deposit would be required- may need to make that more prevalent in listing.

The pass key code. We tried to enter the room the first time. And the code didn’t work. The gentleman at the lobby re did it. It took a while. He was getting ready to leave. If he would have that would have been a problem. Then we left to our event. And the parking garage would open. So we had to wait until they reset it.
