Great location for this property. Definitely a low frills sort of place but such a convenient location-within walking distance from the Amtrak station. Convenient to pretty much anywhere you want to get to in Boston. Easy walk to Boston Common, Newbury Street, Beacon Hill, North End. Management was very responsive when we checked in and noted there was an issue with the heat and we needed a few more towels and sheets for the sofa bed. Some great options for food really close by. It was nice having a little more space than a hotel room for our family. Would keep this place as an option if you are coming to Boston, want to be centrally located, and don’t have a car.

The property is in need of some tender love and care, very tired and in need of attention. The photos are not accurate as to the condition of the property. The rental units need a paint job and cleaning. The location is good. The smoke detector in the hallway was disconnected. The elevator only worked the first day. The units had several burnt out light bulbs. Stain on the walls and furniture. The bed in the first room was missing the box spring for the bed

A good cheaper option for Boston! Right across from boston common/public gardens. Walking distance to everything. Shareable bathrooms were a little outdated, but everything worked. Rooms were clean and beds were super comfy! Area outside of the hotel gets a little loud after dark, but every door requires a code which felt safe.

For the price, it was amazing. A beautiful part of Boston and easy access to amenities. Parking was not too bad, but it was expensive because it was a garage. The room itself was a bit beat up, but that didn’t really matter because I didn’t spend a lot of time there. So if you’re just visiting at sightseeing and not staying there, I would recommend it.

Loved the apartment - would stay again

Great location downtown; perfect for sightseeing on foot. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Excellent communication from property management - speedy and helpful when i had a question or repair. Well eqipped kitchen; also iron, hairdryer provided. Extremely comfortable bed - i slept brilliantly. Light sleepers should note there is some noise from the street/buses passing below.

The bed was great and temperature controls in the room were great. TV didn’t work very well. Overall, the places just very rundown. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathrooms. Carpet and couches in the room felt kind of dingy. For pricing reasons I would stay there again

very good location, close to China Town with various good dining options. Also walking distance to many attractions. Clean room with a kitchenette. On arrival, the hot plate was not working and there was no kettle. Upon request, the issues were resolved the next day. It can be noisy some nights as it is close to the main street. Overall a good stay for your money. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was not the cleanest but it is shared so it was a little expected. They communicated very well and quick responses. Location was also great!

The location is perfect. Our room was clean and comfortable. The scariest part of the stay is the shared bathroom. I would recommend bringing any disinfecting wipes because other guests can be gross and can’t clean up after themselves. The building could use some renovation. Overall I would rate my stay a 7/10.
