"Having stayed twice previously looking forward to our stay.Rooms bar area all good ,but the standard of the dining room was a big step back Dinning room was poorly organized.Staff always on the back foot having to ask for things that should have been on table Dinner for 2 people was 2.5 hours Staff rarely present in dining room to speak to. "Spent 3 nights at wonderfully spa hotel.Chalets smart,spacious and clean.Resort clean with good facilities and friendly staff.Prices in bars etc very reasonable.Nice area."

"Luckily our stay was during the good weather, the pool and sauna was good but, think it could have been quite bleak if it had been rainy. Our room looked tired and the 2 seater couch was very grubby and the cushions were sunken. The restaurant looked like a staff canteen with all the formica tables and the food was very disappointing, no Michelin chef here!
