"Great location that is walkable to many of the museums. The barn door on the bathroom in our room was an issue as soon as we checked in. I tested the door and it was off balance and not sliding open easily for me, let alone my kids. I called down to the front desk and they said they would let maintenance know. We left to go to dinner and when we came back, nothing had been fixed. The next morning the door was still an issue since it hadn't been fixed so I called down the front desk again and...

We got 2 towels for 4 people and had to keep calling for more. We asked for service 3 times because our trash was overflowing. That and slow elevators."
