Host provided detailed instructions for arrival and sightseeing options. didn't explore since my partner couldn't come to Hong Kong due to his mum having succumbed. just passed the free cancellation period. advise choosing 'pay at hotel' if needed."

"Best service compare to other 5 star hotels. They are very accommodating. I asked front desk for toothpaste slippers even nail clipper and more bottles of water they are prompt in serving my needs. Just amazing service. Really appreciate their service best. Location easy to access transportation and not far from MTR Thank you Eaton"

"Wonderful stay in Hilton. Complimentary house wine for my wife’s birthday. Easy to get around to the local eateries and tourist spot (Langham Place). We checked in after 12am and still have eateries operating. A bit walking (10 to 15 mins) to YauMaTei and Mongkok as the hotel is located in between these 2 MTR. But not a problem for us as we like walking around to feel the local lifestyle. Overall it’s a great stay for us. "
