This hotel is in a fantastic location in Tsim sha Tsui. Convenient to the MTR 5 min walk and great shopping & restaurants nearby. Also the Kowloon park is 5 min walk away. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and nice to have a fridge and kettle. Most of all this hotel has fabulous, friendly staff- Tony, Tommy, Cary, Michael and Terrance especially made me feel welcome and at home!

We had reserved two nights on a row during the storm period. We missed one night due to unable to return from VN. However, the hotel was kind enough to upgrade our room and to provide free breakfast. The attitude of the staff was so friendly and politely to explain everything and to offer the above.

Wonderful professional service, very friendly smile. We love to stay here because of the excellent service. Especially Chris Yeung and Cary, they are very professional and very friendly, and so does other staff but I can't remember all the names.
