"I loved that it was so accessible to so many spots, especially places reachable via public transit. Staff was also very helpful when I asked about early check-in or if they stored packages before my arrival. Room was very clean and comfy and I loved the walk when I was coming home to the property."

"This hotel is co-owned by a pub next door that is open until 2am with loud University of Toronto students and music. On the other side of the building is a U of T fraternity whose loud music played until midnight during my stay. I couldn't escape the noise. Also, there is no one at the front desk. You have to call the innkeeper for assistance. Never again."

"My stay at Pod Inn Hotel was a wonderful experience, and I left with a very positive impression and happy memories. What stood out most was the kindness of the staff. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, courteous, and considerate. Their warmth made me feel comfortable and appreciated as a guest, and that personal touch made my stay especially memorable. Town Inn Suites Hotel

Town Inn Suites Hotel

8/10 Baik
"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen for free for the 29th. This is ridiculous. I have attached my reservation pictures showing it is exactly the same."
