"We added a day to the stay and the hotel staff conveniently found us a room and moved our luggage. Place was spotless. Room coffee was pretty bad and if there was a common coffee area I could not find it. Nice grounds. It has more of a suburban location feel than downtown. Getting to downtown locations can easily take 45 minutes due to notorious Toronto traffic."

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold.
furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen...

"The Liberty Suites was a very suitable place to stay. We were looking for accommodations that had a kitchen as we were staying for nine nights. We were very shocked that there wasn’t one dish or piece of cutlery available. When we asked the registration desk about it, they said Covid changed things. Well Covid hasn’t been around for 5 years so this policy of no access to dishes needs to change. The buffet breakfast was lovely and the hotel is close to many amenities."
