"The property was clean, and the breakfast was good. However, the staff, starting with the shuttle driver, didn’t help with my luggage. The front desk staff was also unhelpful; they were confused about my reservation and made me wait for a manager who was equally confused and didn’t believe me when I explained the situation. They kept repeating that I had booked with a third party, which is usually not an issue. Finally, the manager apologized and gave me a suite to rest."

"The worst stay. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone mainly because the staff. There is one guy who is incredibly rude. Bathroom door didn’t close.
We needed a shuttle for the airport once we showed up at the lobby there was no staff around. We waited 20 mins until someone arrived. No one in the reception.
Don’t stay here!!!!"
