"Beautiful hotel with attentive service. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a better room when they found out we are celebrating our 10 year anniversary. They also left a bottle of wine and chocolate strawberries in our room upon arrival. Wonderful gestures that helped make our stay even more memorable. We enjoyed the pool and the spa facilities and would definitely recommend the hotel for a stay in the heart of Toronto."

"The smell on the 4th floor hall way right when you get out of the elevator is horrible. Smells disgusting for a nice hotel just throws you off right away. The room size was good but the towels some has rips and tears clearly warn out."

"No front desk staff at times, price doesnt reflect amenities, no spa, no pool, fitness centre was small, no lounge/bar. Views from the room were great. Rooms were excellently appointed, very clean, and state of the art. Overall excellent, however overpriced without any amenities."

"I really enjoyed my stay. The room was extremely comfortable with a lot of space and amenities. (Nespresso machine!) I love that they had Peloton‘s available and a workout room. I worked out two days of my visit and they have towels and water machine in the weight room. It’s also conveniently located close to a lot of attractions within a 15 minute walk. The only complaint was how hot it was during my visit and the hotel cannot control that! Lol"

"I had a wonderful time staying at the W hotel in Memorial Day Weekend. The accommodations were spectacular, the staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurants were fantastic and delicious, I especially liked the Listening Bar. I came into town to see Bruno Mars concert (which was cancelled due to the torrential rain that poured that weekend); but I enjoyed my stay and meeting other people who were at the hotel. When I return to back to Toronto, will happily book my stay at the W...
