"Their rooms on level 1 aka basement are very musty. We asked to move up on day 2 and they were really nice and cooperative to move us to a higher floor. Breakfast was okay 5/10. We got what we paid for though. Not sure if I would call it a 3 star hotel. A clean place to stay for most part. I would go again at the right price."

"It was a pleasant stay at Residence & Conference centre. We were here for a wedding at Eaton Hall and the location couldn't be more perfect. The two bedroom suite was very basic but very clean. Shampoo/soap provided but no hair dryer. Kitchen has no dishes or cups. However, we didn't needed them."

"I don't understand the negative reviews. We had a good time there. We stayed for 2 nights and we have no complaints. The room was clean and it had everything one needed. A microwave, coffee/tea maker and a fridge and freezer that actually were working.unlike in some other hotels The ac worked fine and the temperature could be adjusted, unlike in some other hotels where the temperature is fixed. The shower was great and the water was hot and the towels were clean. I don't understand why...

"We enjoyed our stay - one night. Loved being in the hub of Port Credit. The room was beautiful - view of the marina and lake (past the parking lot) but always a great sight. We've stayed here before and it never disappoints. It's a shame that they never reopened the restaurant and found a way to make that work. It is such a great addition to the hotel. Our only complaint is that we find some of the front desks that can be a little crusty. But we laughed them off and enjoyed our stay."
