"The hotel is conveniently located downtown and close to everything you’d want to do. The room itself was nice, spacious, and very clean. Unfortunately, there were several service issues during our stay. The biggest surprise was the $70 overnight parking fee. While there was a small sign at the entrance, no one mentioned the charge when they took our vehicle, so it came as an unexpected expense. We also ordered room service, which was disappointing. In addition, the delivery attendant did not tell us that gratuity was already included, so we ended up tipping twice. Another issue involved a $20 food credit that was included with my Expedia booking. I was not given the required voucher at check-in and didn’t know I needed one. When I asked about it the next day, I was told I should have received it upon arrival. The staff attempted to have the restaurant refund the credit, but because it was the following day, they declined. A supervisor got involved but offered no solution. I was told the credit could not be applied because we paid for room service directly with a credit card instead of charging it to the room, which was never presented as an option. Overall, the hotel itself is nice, and I would consider staying again due to the location and quality of the room. However, better communication regarding fees, credits, and guest options, along with improved customer service, would make for a much better experience. Was really dissatisfied with how the food credit was handled"

"Only good thing about the hotel is the location.. otherwise a/c was weak, exhaust vent didn’t work in the bathroom, fridge was barely keeping water cold even on max, elevators always took so long to arrive and the parking area smelled so bad."

"Bathroom too small to use the sink without the door in your way, very uncomfortable, old mattress, towels smell like vinegar, room smelled of rot and feces, adjoining doors transfer fully audible conversations from next door, fire alarm went off 3 times in 4 days leading to much lost sleep and when made to evacuate there was no security at the muster point to keep the zombie crackheads from harassing partially clothed guests, putting people in further danger. All for the low price of $800/night with a generous gold upgrade for a mere $179/night."
