"Clean environment. Amazing and cordial staff. Quick turnaround to resolve our AC issue of not cooling the room. Our only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was abysmal. Strange cos the sink’s water pressure is great while that of the shower was the opposite. Our shower experience was frustrating but overall, we enjoyed our stay here. We loved the complimentary breakfast. The fitness centre is small but we were able to get our workouts in. "

"The lady at check-in was a bit short with me at check-in when I told her my booking was through expedia and included breakfast. She goes,"can I see"? I pulled it up and started reading what my booking was to include and she cut me off and said "can I have your phone" with a rude tone. Between her accent and her fast talking it was unclear what she mentioned a few times and when i asked her to repeat ahe seemed so irritated. I was worried about the stay after that but everyone else was pleasant...

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen for free for the 29th. This is ridiculous. I have attached my reservation pictures showing it is exactly the same."
