"Beautiful space, close to everything"

"Staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and very updated. The hotel was adorable and the area was quiet. I love a good boutique hotel. The only disappointing thing was that we did not have a record player and some vinyl in our room. It looked like every room had that on the website and we did not. But everything else was fantastic."

"I had a wonderful time staying at the W hotel in Memorial Day Weekend. The accommodations were spectacular, the staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurants were fantastic and delicious, I especially liked the Listening Bar. I came into town to see Bruno Mars concert (which was cancelled due to the torrential rain that poured that weekend); but I enjoyed my stay and meeting other people who were at the hotel. "Watch out for messages after you book, where you provide your ID and a selfie, pay for parking and the deposit. And they aren’t very responsive or explanatory, and clearly have seen all kinds of shenanigans. Once you get past all that, it’s fabulous. You can’t beat the view. Location is great too, parking is convenient, and there’s a Nando’s downstairs."

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen...

"Bien situé dans un quartier animé, mais pas toujours propre à certains endroits dont le ventilateur de plafond. Mais personnel très gentil! En aucun cas ne loué cette chambre un vendredi ou samedi, le pub à côté vois empêchera de dormir jusqu'à 4h du matin, mais tranquille le reste de la semaine."

"Great location, staff very helpful, nice breakfast, comfortable beds. If something I have to mention is that there is only 1 WC per floor (or at least I only noticed one) for so many people might be not enough, however I never had to wait to use it and it was decently/relatively clean so I don't complain."
