"Overall, my stay at the Hyatt Regency hotel went very well. The location was fantastic. Areas of improvement could be the shower faucet, which was very difficult to get a consistent temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. The food in the restaurant in the main lobby was not very good. But there were many restaurants close by that were fantastic. Overall, the value was not bad, but I expected a little more from a Hyatt."

"We arrived early, hence asked about an early check-in. I was given 2 options…pay a $125 fee or upgrade for an additional $60/night. The upgrade was being pushed and we ended up taking it. It was really not much of an upgrade. Slightly more spacious and it had a balcony. The room was not fully cleaned when we got there (food crumbs and overturned cushions). They then re-assigned us to another room. The beds were double size compared to queen in most other hotels. They were comfortable though....

"We stayed here many times and each time the staff were so nice and welcoming. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The plus is they have Free parking! Close to the airport and close to highway. Drive to downtown Toronto is close to 30min."

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen...
