"Excellent staff except Manager who was rude and challenged me when I mentioned about the temperature of water in the restaurant not being hot for tea and in our shower, stating that nobody had complained about it, and was not receptive to feedback. A heated argument happened and I explained that I was a paying guest at this hotel and he should not be speaking to me in this tone, He even said he would give me mums money back and I can find another hotel. The man was a disgrace"

"I frequently stay at this hotel because it's in a great location. 5 minute walk to the Blue Mosque and the bazaar is another 20 minutes by foot. There's so much to see that the walk goes by fast. The street is lined with good restaurants and inviting staff."
