"The layout of hotel a bit of a maze and finding it at night difficult. Roads unsigned and hotel sign at night difficult to see. Ground floor labelled 4. Room was on 4 but not same 4 as entry.- several lifts away. No porter to show your room for first time. "

"This is what you might call an eco-retro motel. We enjoyed the motel vibe and had a great view of the mountains. We also took advantage of the sauna (no charge for those staying at the motel but you need to reserve). The breakfast was also delicious and the restaurant was excellent for dinner. We also appreciated the kitchenette in the room. This motel is just far enough from the city center of Queenstown to be away from the hustle and bustle. "The property is located in a nice area, close to the airport and about 20 minutes drive from Queenstown. Parking is not convenient and guests with accessibility requirements will need to consider this as there are a lot of hills between the car park and the property. "Oh my goodness. Absolutely lovely place with everything you need. Washer and dryer, TV with Netflix was easy to use. Big bathtub for soaking along with a large shower. Pretty furnishings in line with the Arrowtown antique aesthetic. Simple to find location in walking distance of Arrowtown Main Street.
