"Nice property…We did not face any issues. Very close to the airport is convenient and away from the hustle & bustle of downtown. Some quality restaurants nearby (recommend Jasmine Thai). Our room had a washer and drier. Nice coffee shop attached to the hotel and free parking."

"Great place with an amazing view - almost worth coming here just for the view. Nice and quiet area, far better than being in the overly touristy centre of Queenstown itself. Easy access to the airport and to a shopping area that includes a Woolworths. You do need to know that it's right under the flight path for the airport. The first flights are at 7am and the last around 9pm. They were never a problem though."

"I’m very disappointed I stayed at this hotel. The location and facilities are decent but the rooms are small. What’s most disappointing is the service of the hotel staff. Instead of going out of their way to please the guests, they are very indifferent. I would never stay at a holiday inn again."

"Rooms are tired and definitely need a cosmetic lift. Large coffee stain in floor in our room plus walls are all marked. Just over all very tired looking. Didn’t feel it was any value for the price we paid and the reputation of Ramada "

"Location is good. However, despite being new, the property is only in average condition. It has some odd quirks, including a heat pump only in the main living area and no locks on the bathroom doors. It has a washing machine but no dryer. "
