"Great hotel near the airport. Stayed for one night before flying out. Hotel is quiet and clean. Everything works in the room. Views of Remarkables is great. Parking is an issue since the lot is shared with the next door apartments. Came back at 7pm and there were only paid spaces left. Hotel staff is very nice and goes out of their way to help you find a spot. "

"This is what you might call an eco-retro motel. We enjoyed the motel vibe and had a great view of the mountains. We also took advantage of the sauna (no charge for those staying at the motel but you need to reserve). The breakfast was also delicious and the restaurant was excellent for dinner. We also appreciated the kitchenette in the room. This motel is just far enough from the city center of Queenstown to be away from the hustle and bustle. I will note that a wedding the night we arrived, with the reception held in the outdoor space adjoining the restaurant (and pretty much across from our room) meant we listened to the wedding singer all evening, but it ended about 9:45. Staff were very helpful when we needed to find a creative parking spot (due to the wedding). "

"Great check in and friendly staff. Beautiful location. Room not very clean. Dusty bathroom. Room was not well cleaned after the first night. Bed half done, towels strewn across bathroom, bed pillows looked like they had been slept on, no coffee refills. When raised with reception, we were told they could do nothing about it. Worst Ramada experience. "

"New, large well appointed condo style hotel room. Easy to get to and park. Nice kitchen and bathroom, outdoor space a plus. VERY close to the airport, not to close to downtown. Perfect for a last night stay when you have an early flight. Would def book again."

"The layout of hotel a bit of a maze and finding it at night difficult. Roads unsigned and hotel sign at night difficult to see. Ground floor labelled 4. Room was on 4 but not same 4 as entry.- several lifts away. No porter to show your room for first time. "

"Very disappointing stay. The property is poorly maintained and not clean. The heater in the toilet did not work, the carpet is old and damaged, and the entire apartment is dark with unpleasant decoration. There are visible maintenance issues, such as broken wall paint and a loose shower head. Water pressure is extremely low. The layout of the property is confusing and uncomfortable. The doors were labeled with letters (A, B, C), which made the place feel like it had been converted from a clinic, hotel, or other commercial space rather than a proper residential accommodation. Cleanliness is a major concern — we found a used sock left in the room, which clearly shows the place was not properly cleaned. This accommodation does not meet basic standards and is not worth the price. Would not recommend. "
