"The hotels sits within a busy shopping area of five mile area. Parking was easy. Checking in was easy. They do keep $100 when you check in and it is returned to you at checkout. Overall it was a nice place to stay. New and modern"
"Compact room and bathroom, but comfortable. Okay for short stay and convenient for airport.
Parking a bit awkward - went out for dinner and then there was absolutely no parking anywhere near (despite a very large pay car park close by)."
"Beautiful location on the lake with a lakeside view. The water taxi getting in and out of town was great to avoid the traffic. Pick up bus from the hotel to the ski fields very convenient as we as ski rental shop."
"On arrival the first impression was that the place was just what we wanted. It getting a bit dated with wearing carpet and due for a good Reno.Beautifully situated near the. outlet of the Kawerau River with beautiful mountain views. Entrance etc all online with key PIN number supplied. We did meet a staff member by coincidence who helped with the car parking . Car parking is a bit of a mess with one car way down the road in the prepaid parking and the other two having to fight roadside with others. I thought I had not parked our first car correctly but emails from the Manegers and the car park Company were very helpful and reassuring. Kitchen ok and being over three levels the three family groups had their own space which is a plus. Happy with the place and will use again and recommend to others. The tough parking the only negative issue."
"Had everything you need for a one nighter. Parking can be very limited. Reception not clearly sign posted outside. Room was incredibly clean. Bit noisy with someone's children run around in their room close by till 11pm but good room for very short term. No restaurant on-site just a small shop that had noodles and coffee."
"We're from QLD, Australia and stayed here for 8 nights as a family in the unit of a bedroom, a separate living room with a full kitchen and a private laundry equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer (+ iron and ironing stand). Everything is very clean and modern, with staff services being superb! The view of the Remarkables (ski field) from our living room was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to stay in Queenstown, 👍 👌 😀 and we'll be definitely back to Quest ❤️ Thanks!!!!"
