"This hotel was just okay, not great, but not bad either. The location was good for us as it was super close to the airport and we had a very early morning flight out of ZQN. We had a couple of rooms booked for our family but ended up having to ask reception to switch one of the rooms because it smelled really funky. Otherwise the stay was just fine. VIP rewards perk was a cookie and a drink from the little market in the lobby. Nice receptionist!"

"The room was good. But it was way too hot, we had to turn the aircon on to sleep. This is in the middle of winter and it’s freezing outside. The room also had a lot of noise from pipes and their heating system. bed needs upgraded as it’s hard."

"Spur of the moment booking. Absolutely made the best choice! Location is a short and fairly easy walk to town. Slight hill but nothing too major. Check in was amazing, we were so well looked after by the lovely lady at reception, top notch service. Room was huge! Had every heating amenity you could think of! Beautiful view from the room. "Hotel in excellent location. Clean, comfortable room but needs a face-lift. Could do with a more exciting deco. Great bed and pillows. Staff very friendly and helpful.
