I use google maps to search the location and arrived but there is no signboard stated as Ark Malawti Hotel. We walk around the streets and search for it. The real name of this hotel is New Wave Hotel. Receptionist told me that Ark Malawti is one of their company. Room is big and clean. Near to the 7e, Street Food, Restaurant, and Melawati Mall. "Only 1 key available. For a property advertising for up to 10 people, very awkward. On 29th floor. Need key card to use lift. So difficult. 6 of us we always needed a plan to arrange who had key, as we were out doing different things. Key box was broken so couldnt leave key there. Advertised for 10. But only 4 cups 4 chairs. Yes enough beds but not enough facilities."
