I did not stay in hotel, and this advertisement was chitting, inform that room has shower, water n go they no water, ask for refund, already write email earlier, pls respond for that first, do not advertise wrong info

Just okay

Please dont get fool by the name of Ark Malawti Hotel. They didnt have signboard on this name. I use google maps to search the location and arrived but there is no signboard stated as Ark Malawti Hotel. We walk around the streets and search for it. The real name of this hotel is New Wave Hotel. Receptionist told me that Ark Malawti is one of their company. Room is big and clean. Near to the 7e, Street Food, Restaurant, and Melawati Mall. They have 2 building for this hotel. We check in on the first building near to Public Bank. The other one is dirty and not looking good. Place is strategic. Check in is fast. Deposit is RM10. We checkout at 1.10pm and need to deduct RM5 from deposit as RM5 charged per hour. A lil bit disappointed as many hotels didn't charge for checkout around 12-2pm.Our room is on the 3rd floor and we need to use stairs as there was no lift.

Hotel name is different with tge names show in expedia,staff is not friendly,refuse to open the gate to reception,i need to pass my booking details thru the gate to and fro for many times as the staff can't find my booking info.NOT RECOMMENDED!
