"Brand new expensive Hotel. Beautiful landscaping. Service is good. Food is average. Room is good but can be better. The bathroom lighting is not bright enough as their downlight is pointing at the toilet bowl not the mirror. Shower area is small and there is no rack to put shower gel and shampoo. It will be better to install it on the wall rather then giving those unrecyclable small bottle of shower gel and shampoo. Nevertheless we did have a pleasant stay at this new hotel. "

"Hotel memang superb.breakfast banyak variety. Pool memang best. But please please improve your check in process as your staff took 15 mins for 1 guest to check in. It is too long"

"Very clean, spacious & well-maintained too! I was really impressed 👍 Also a convenient location to malls/ shops with a great view of the sea! Only downside is that the area is quite dark so not sure how safe it was although there are security guards and our neighbor upstairs were very noisy.. Please be mindful of others & be quiet"
