"Easily one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful and very well thought out property. Everything felt intentional from the furniture to the decorations and amenities. They really went above and beyond to provide a luxurious stay without exorbitant prices. The staff put in extra effort to help with any requests and were very accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again."

"This is a beautiful hotel and the staff is excellent. I would highly recommend and stay here again. The location is great. It is practically adjacent to Kyoto station which makes it very convenient to get around and there are plenty of options for food and shopping. We did not use the amenities or dining because we were busy exploring but I would imagine them to be excellent because this is the type of hotel that caters to their guests and shows a high level of care.
