"It states "Hotel" through Expedia but it is more like authentic vacation home. Great for two people, heating was spotty, great Tea room and smoke area in back patio. Very close to Inari Shrines and JR station lines and a 3min walk from a grocery store. "

"Location near the heart of Kyoto, good property suitable for family vacation - although check-in could be more streamlined with transport from check-in house to property catered on demand."
